Due to time and preparation of each party, there is a $100 nonrefundable fee on received deposit.

TRAVEL FEE POLICY 🚍

• Any travel of 45 minutes - 1 hour away may result in a travel fee of $75 or more added to your final invoice. This policy is non negotiable.

GUEST COUNT POLICY🧚‍♀️

• Guest count INCLUDES birthday girl. Any additional guest outside of the intended amount is subject to "additional guest" fee. Parents are allowed on the bus to take photos and videos but may NOT occupy the bus for the entire party, as we need sufficient space to maneuver around our party princesses.

ON TIME POLICY ⌚

• Due to multiple parties in one day, we are not obligated to wait on all guest to arrive before starting services. If guests are arriving late, they will start receiving services at time of their arrival.
• Due to the fact we are a mobile business (traveling) please allow us a 15min grace period for unforeseen roadway and highway conditions; traffic, weather, etc

NAIL POLISH POLICY 💅

• There will be an up front $5 removal fee due for any guest that have polish on their nails. Also, we are NOT equipped with tools to remove gel polish; anyone with gel polish will still have the option of getting polish OVER their current design.

SPECIALS 📌 

• Specials do not apply to current bookings. *Monthly specials may also be slightly different from the “original“ package - for example, soaking of the feet is NOT included in any promotional prices! 

We know that sometimes plans can change. While all specials and bookings are non-refundable, we do offer rescheduling options to make sure your event can still be enjoyed at a later date.. Once a booking is made, we are charged a non-refundable fee, which prevents us from issuing refunds for cancellations. However, we are more than happy to help you find a new date to host your celebration.

POWER SUPPLY

- Based on location of your home; we may be required to use your power supply vs. generator. Please let us know at checkout if there is a power supply accessible for usage of appliances.
